EXCHANGE POLICY 

within days of delivery, your order can be replaced  for a different size or style. Provided the product is unworn (not more than one time for trial), unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retains the original tags.   • Order No.
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for Exchange 
  • Style, Size or Product  you want to replace your order with.
Note -
  1. Delivery cost for the order returned & the new order shipment has to be paid by the customer. For return orders, you can also self ship the product to the mention company address.
  2. If the product you ordered goes out of stock at the time of your exchange request then you can feel free to order a different product or style. if there will be any amount difference, it will be adjusted.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Reason for Exchange, in case of receiving a defected product or wrong product (please click a photo of it)
Note -
Delivery cost for the order returned will be deducted from the refund or you can also self ship the products to the mention company address.

REFUND POLICY

Once the return order is physically received by our company, if the order meets all the criteria defined in our return policy. we will initiate the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned order.

Note -
Delivery cost for the order returned will be deducted from the refund if it is not self shipped by the customer to the mention company address.

FAQ's

can a part of the order be exchanged?

Yes, if you have ordered more than one product in an order and if u wish to exchange some/single product from that order, it can be exchanged. just mention it to our customer care.

can a part of the order be returned?

Yes, if you have ordered more than one product in an order and if u wish to return some/single product from that order, it can be returned. just mention it to our customer care.

what if the garment does fit me?

you can simply place a request for exchange and mention which size can you want. You can also call customer support for size guidance.

Does Pynkposh do international shipping?

yes, products can be shipped internationally but the delivery cost has paid by the customer if the order value is lesser than Rs.20000. 

If any issue occurs while placing an international order, please contact care, we will straight away assist you.

 Why my exchange is not accepted?

There can be some reasons like the product went out of stock or the returned ordered received by our company does meet the mentioned exchange policy criteria.

 Can I can cancel the order?

For COD orders- Contact the our customer care at  at info.pynkposh@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp on 9996636815 within 12hrs after placing the order. we won't be able to cancel the order once it is shipped.

For Pre-Paid orders- pre-paid orders can't be cancelled. You can place a request for change or return once you receive it.
